We are a small team of 4 in Australia and 5 in China.
In Australia, we operate out of a small office on Collin street in Melbourne with a balcony overlooking Tiffany&Co, one of our key motivations to go to work on chilly mornings. All sales and marketing work are done from Australia. Whisky, our dog police, ensures we do not spend too much time sipping coffee at work and barks every time we speak to a client on the phone for no reasons.
In China, we operate out of a small office in Nanjing, off Qin Huai River that serves the best street food you can ever find in the world. All consumer facing, concierge, translation, operational work are done out of the China office.
Sometimes, we do work from home, as working in pyjamas is too tempting. If you would like to visit us at our office, please do give us a call!
