Esther Yong, co-founder of ACproperty.com.au, is a prominent opinion leader in Australia and an expert in property marketing to Chinese buyers. Esther is responsible for ACproperty’s business development, as well as the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
ACproperty aims to overcome language and cultural gaps between Australia sellers and Chinese buyers by delivering thousands of properties to Mandarin audience. Most importantly, the team provides comprehensive concierge services to give agents and developers the right language, tools and strategies to effectively transact with Chinese buyers.
With a Bachelor of Environmental Studies & Masters of Architecture from the University of Tasmania, Esther Yong started her career designing single family residences with WJFA Architects. Her experience in the real estate industry, combined with her cultural perspective, has provided Esther with a deep understanding the needs of the Chinese buyers as well as the marketing challenges of agents and developers.
As the director of one of the industry’s most innovative real estate services for Chinese, the 37-year-old is passionate about her work – bringing personalized services and innovative ideas to online real estate. Outside of work, Esther enjoys a good run with her dog, Whisky boy, shoe shopping and like every Chinese, always, always searching for good food.
Ivy Xiao

Ivy Xiao is the co-founder of ACproperty.com.au. She had more than 10 years’ experience in facilitating overseas properties and investment opportunities. Bringing extensive property and marketing experience from her tenure at real estate industry and online property portal, Ivy is expanding the Australian model to encompass properties from around the globe.
Overseeing the Chinese network of marketing partners, expos, seminars, Ivy has already succeeded in developing a team that marketing to the Chinese buyers at their preferred platforms and formats. Ms Xiao’s day to day activities include managing the editorial and marketing team who are working on the website contents, creative writings, and online marketing strategies.
With a Bachelor’s degree from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, Ivy’s extensive marketing know-how stems from her executive role in Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organizing Committee and Regional Manager of Great China Regions real estate agency, as well as co-director of Sodichan in Switzerland which is a global platform for helping developers and agents to reach Chinese buyers.
